BRUNCH IN PRAGUE

During my Summer travels last year, my friend and I were visiting Prague and heard about this cute little French style cafe that had amazing brunch, Marthy’s Kitchen. This place was absolutely delicious and totally reminded me of France!

I tried the marinated salmon galette that had tomatoes and crème fraîche and made with buckwheat flour. The galette had a really crispy exterior. I also ordered their baked camembert with rosemary and cranberries. My mouth is watering just thinking about this brunch I had!! Wish I can go back.

Savory Galette w/ Smoked Salmon, Tomatoes, Crème Fraîche, and Lamb Lettuce.

The best part of this meal was how inexpensive everything is compared to what you would get in the States. In this meal, I had;

  • Savory Galette w/ Smoked Salmon; 138Kč / $6.39
  • Baked Camembert w/ Rosemary and Cranberries; 98Kč / $4.54
  • Mimosa; 75Kč / $3.47
  • Total: 311Kč / $14.39

As you can see, I was able to get a full meal with an appetizer, entrée, and a drink for under $15. And this was all for myself. How cheap! I lived in California all my life and a meal like this would easily be over $40.

I definitely recommend coming here if you are ever in Prague, Czech Republic!
